As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline, qualifying leads (via email and phone), doing demos, and helping us close more deals. Also, as the first official sales hire, you would also play a pivotal role in building out our sales infrastructure going forward.
Some of the things you'd be responsible for would be:
👋 Researching and finding leads to build up various cold outreach pipelines.
📈 Working directly with the team to put together various sales and outreach strategies.
📧 Qualifying leads via phone and/or email to set up demo opportunities.
🤙 Doing demos with customers, with the goal of guiding them to sign up
🤝 Working alongside our Implementation Specialists to move customers through the on-boarding process.
📣 Influence product strategy based on customer and sales feedback.
🌟 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales and outbound lead generation (either via email and/or phone). Preferably in a business/enterprise SaaS company (HR space a huge plus).
