What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline, qualifying leads (via email and phone), doing demos, and helping us close more deals. Also, as the first official sales hire, you would also play a pivotal role in building out our sales infrastructure going forward.ο»Ώο»Ώ

Some of the things you'd be responsible for would be:

πŸ‘‹ Researching and finding leads to build up various cold outreach pipelines.

πŸ“ˆ Working directly with the team to put together various sales and outreach strategies.

πŸ“§ Qualifying leads via phone and/or email to set up demo opportunities.

ο»ΏπŸ€™ Doing demos with customers, with the goal of guiding them to sign up

🀝 ο»ΏWorking alongside our Implementation Specialists to move customers through the on-boarding process.

πŸ“£ Influence product strategy based on customer and sales feedback.

Skills We're Looking For

🌟 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales and outbound lead generation (either via email and/or phone). Preferably in a business/enterprise SaaS company (HR space a huge plus).

πŸ”₯ If hustle were a degree you'd be teaching the class. We're looking to work with exciting folks that surprise us with their energy, creativity and get shit done mentality.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬ Always curious and interested to learn. We believe learning is a skill, and you'll be expected to learn a lot in very little time (we all are!).

✍️ Great writing and communication skills is a must.

βœ… Super organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.

πŸ˜„ Overall very outgoing and optimistic. Rejection is part of the game, so optimism plays a big role in keeping yourself motivated.
